PRESIDENT

Melissa Dickinson

The President shall:(a) Conduct the affairs of PAPW, Inc. and execute the policies established by the Board of Directors.(b) Present a report of the condition of PAPW, Inc at the annual meeting.(c) Communicate to the Board of Directors, such matters as deemed appropriate, and make such suggestions as may tend to promote the welfare of PAPW, Inc.(d) With the assistance of the Board, examine the application and support of proof-of-age and any other required documents of every participant candidate and certify to residence and age eligibility before the participant may be accepted.(e) Investigate complaints, irregularities and conditions detrimental to PAPW, Inc and report thereon to the Board or Executive Committee, as circumstances warrant.(f) Prepare and submit an annual budget to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the proper execution thereof.(g) Preside over all PAPW Meetings and Attend the monthly Greater Watertown Meeting as PAPW's association representative.

VICE PRESIDENT

Andrea Wisgo

The Vice President Shall:

(a) Assist the president with his/her duties. In the absence or disability of the President the Vice President shall perform the duties of the president. He/she will also set on any board hearing.

(b) In case of the absence or disability of the President, and provided he/she is authorized by the President or the Board so to act, the Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of that Office, and shall have such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Board of Directors or by the President.

CHEER COORDINATOR

Jessica Thomas

The Cheer and Dance Coordinator shall:

(a) Report to the League Cheer and Dance Coordinator and be responsible for counseling all PAPW cheer coaches on rules and regulations of Pop Warner Cheer-leading by directing successful registrations, coaches' clinics, competitions, and other association operations.

(b) Advise the PAPW Pop Warner program, ensuring that all national regulations, region and league policies relating to cheer and dance are being enforced, that the education of coaches and children is being advanced, and that safe and fair competition is available wherever desired. Also, the association Cheer and Dance Coordinator is responsible for acting as a liaison between the League Cheer and Dance Coordinator and Pop Warner field personnel.

FOOTBALL COMMISSIONER

Jimmy Bullock

The Football Commissioner shall be responsible for the following:

(a) Represent each level of play for all contact football teams in their respective districts.

(b) Be the liaison for the coaches to the Board.

(c) Maintain file of rosters with an update of adds and drops as provided by Associations.

(d) Receive weekly report of game scores and forward copies to the President and retain copies of such reports.

(e) Receive and retain in the files, weekly mandatory play sheets from the coaches. Report to the Board any coach in violation of the mandatory play rules.

(f) Investigate weekly any lopsided scores of games per Pop Warner guidelines. Report any such findings to the Board with recommendation of sanctions if any are required.

(g)Field from coaches any violation of Pop Warner playing rules, investigate and file complaints from coaches to the appropriate league/association party. If you are unable to resolve the problem, send a written recommendation to the Board for investigation.

SECRETARY

Vikki Hull

The Secretary shall:

(a) Be responsible for recording the activities of PAPW, Inc. and maintaining appropriate files, mailing lists and necessary records.

(b) Perform such duties as are herein specifically set forth, in addition to such other duties as are customarily incident to the office of Secretary or as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.

(c) Maintain a list of all Regular, Sustaining and Honorary Members, Directors and Committee members and give notice of all meetings of the PAPW, Inc. Board of Directors and Committees.

(d) Keep the minutes of the meetings of the Members, the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and cause them to be recorded in a book kept for that purpose.

(e) Shall conduct all correspondence not otherwise specifically delegated in connection with said meeting and shall be responsible for carrying out all orders, votes and resolutions not otherwise committed.

(f) Notify Members, Directors, Officers and committee members of their election or appointment.

TREASURER

Krisel Gronosky

The Treasurer shall:

(a) Perform such duties as are herein specifically set forth and such duties as are customarily incident to the Office of Treasurer or may be assigned by the Board of Directors.

(b) Receive all monies and securities, and deposit it in depository approved by the Board of Directors.

(c) Keep records for the receipt and disbursement of all monies and securities, approve all payments from allotted funds and draw checks therefore in agreement with policies established in advance of such actions by the Board of Directors. All disbursements by checks must have dual signatures. Any Expenditures need majority Board approval. The signatures will be those of the Treasurer and Vice-President.

(d) Prepare an annual budget, under the direction of the President, for submission to the Membership and the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting.

(e) Prepare an annual financial report, under the direction of the President, for submission to the Membership and Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting.

FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR

Amy O'Hara

The Fund-raising Chair shall:

(a) Evaluate and administer fund-raising activities for the organization

(b) Promote the necessity of fund-raising and assist with the implementation of national fundraisers as necessary.

(c) Oversee the operation of PAPW's Snack Shack throughout the season. (The Executive Board by majority vote has the option to appoint a member to oversee the snack shack for the current season. This member will report to the Fund-raising Chairperson within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.

SCHOLASTICS COORDINATOR

Krista Manchester

The ASD shall:

(a) Oversee and report all PAPW Scholastic activity to PAPW's Executive Board

(b) Be responsible for: verifying scholastic fitness of each boy/girl in the association. (report cards from the school year ending in May or June) and making sure that any child with a 96% grade point average or above receives an All-American Application.

(c) The PAPW Scholastic Coordinator will coordinate with the secretary and/or coaches to obtain each teams/squads book. The scholastic coordinator, using the schematic outline given by nationals, will calculate each participants overall average from the players last quarter report card. This will ensure all participants are in accordance with Pop Warner little scholars guidelines. These averages will be recorded and placed on the top of the each player's report card, and must be completed by August 15 of the current season. If a player is not scholastically eligible, the scholastic Coordinator will obtain the information given by Eastern region, to ensure the athlete meets requirements set forth by PWLS.
